✣Hair: Dark brown with coppery highlights in the sun. His hair is straight and grown long, generally pulled back into a ponytail of some sort with a few strands of hair left stray around his face.
✣Eyes: Near-black, almond shaped eyes.
✣Height: 5’11”
✣Build: Medium sized build, though he’s not small, he doesn’t possess any impressive extent of visible muscular definition.
✣Other Notable Physical Traits: Possesses long, narrow features and sharply angled brows. His left brow carries a scar over it where it seems to have been shaved off at the outside end and never grown back.
✣Style of Dress: Tends to wear sleeveless or short sleeved shirts tucked into belted, semi-fitted black pants and knee-high boots. In order to pronounce the muscles in his arms more visually, as well to lend to certain martial utility, a set of distressed leather armbands are tied about his left upper arm just above the elbow, around the upper part of his right bicep and about both forearms. Typically he’ll wear a pair of studded earrings and some sort of leather or cloth tie holding his hair high up on his head in a ponytail.
Winter months of course, require that he begrudgingly wear layers and longer sleeves. Periodically he may wear a long, sleeveless, double breasted overcoat, leaving it open to his chest.

History:
✣Born at the Exile camp of Kazage near Southern Telgar Hold. Both of his parents and three of his siblings are still living. He has not always been a friend to Kazage, as he is now. In the past, the two did not get along well. Shiranui even resented him however, after a time, learned to respect Kazage and the specific goal he’d set for his life, deciding to join him in his cause.

Personality:
✣He finds humour and enjoyment in harassing people and intervening in other people’s affairs. Most of all, when he is able to be flashy and cause a scene. He seems to amuse himself by toying with people, though he does it to investigate and observe, only sometimes intervening, and then disappearing shortly after.
✣Energetic & Eager. He almost always appearing to be amused and in some way enjoying himself.
✣Rather neutral in his approach of the world, he perceives himself as being neither good nor evil, neither right nor wrong. Thus, he is content to be a minor player in the greater scheme of things ongoing in the world.
✣Content traveling and scouting.
✣Quite the opportunist, ‘scavenging’ in his own way, off of the rest of humanity to survive. That is enough for him.
✣Shiranui is not an unkind person necessarily, he’s just...an exile, and is very aware of his being an ‘outsider’ as far as the rest of the world is concerned. He has his own way of showing kindness and is usually somewhat discreet when helping others. Random acts of kindness in fact, aren’t out of character for him.
✣No great desire to have a lot of wealth himself, but has no qualms about enjoying the wealth of others.


Fighting Style/Weapon of Choice:
He is decent in a hand to hand fight but relies mostly on tactics that give him some distance. He is skilled in the use of throwing weapons. Of these, he likes to use iron darts in particular, because they are more varied in their utility. He is also agile enough that he's adept at climbing rocky walls or ledges, scaling surfaces, hanging from them and maneuvering atop rooftops. This is often how he disappears from a scene when he needs to. Thus, he is not afraid of heights.
