| It had been a couple of days since his meeting with Lord General Galedon at the Chorong fight club. Yeoun assumed that the General had returned to the Chorong's hideout, as he could not remain in Southern Telgar Hold without there being a good chance he would be caught. From now, Yeoun was his right hand, fulfilling Galedon's orders in regards to the Chorong, where he was otherwise unable to do so himself. The process would also serve to bring Yeoun into the fold of the Chorong so that he could prove himself worthy of taking his father's place. A lot would need to be done to gain the same kind of trust possessed by those who once looked to his father for direction. Yeoun had been given much to think about. It would take him a long time to think through things as they were now, and would be in the future; but he had come to understand one thing for certain. His fate was forever tied to the Chorong Rebels. It always had been. He'd just never recognized it before. It wasn't easy for Yeoun to see himself as the cruel person who killed his own father, but he supposed it made sense. His skill had always been with a blade. His knack had always been for the ways of killing. So why shouldn't he possess the kind of heart to wield it? Apparently it had been a side of himself that he'd been denying ever existed, but like his fate intertwined with the Chorong, he'd just never been able to see it that way before. There were so many new feelings that Yeoun would have to continue contemplating. Eventually, perhaps he could sort it all out. To escape the eyes and ears of those who did not need to know the things he was going through, Yeoun had disappeared on another of his lonesome walks. Even if he wasn't certain just how sympathetic he felt for the rebel's cause, Yeoun had his reasons for being with them without qualm; and at least with them, he could speak openly about himself. Even between himself and Kevarre now, Yeoun would never be able to speak openly again. Though, it was not something he really did much of anyway. Yeoun's walk took him to the address that Sorcha had given him. He wasn't sure what he should make of the establishment, but the neighborhood was nice; he had dressed appropriately, as Sorcha had requested. The young man only owned a single pair of somewhat finer gather clothes, and he didn't want to be seen wandering the streets in a dress uniform -there was no event going on to require them, and it might draw more attention to himself that necessary. So, Yeoun went as cleaned up as he could, his attire being black with a striking red pattern woven in glossy satin threads throughout the stately surcoat-like garment. The collar was red, and the sleeves of the under-tunic were crimson from wrist to elbow. A bright crimson sash tied around his waise, belted with black leather that hosted a frog on which he could secure his weapon. He wore his boots well polished and held his Guard-issued sword in his left hand. The wooden badge of his Guard-issued ID was tucked beneath his collar. Not sure if he should enter unannounced or not, Yeoun thought to knock first, when he arrived at the door of the address indicated. | |

| The entry way was wide, the floor was made of a polished white stone that sparkled and glimmered in the light. Soft glows were lit there at night where they illuminated the large, well made tapestries that hung there. A large white staircase curved down to the entrance where two large rounded dark wooden doors, with an intricate carving of two dragons flaming towards the door handles. "Sorcha! Sorcha!" One of the youngest of the girls came running into her room. "Yes?" She asked raising her dark eyebrow. "Well? Go one silly..." "There's a well dressed man at the door. He has never been here before..." "Really? I suppose I better greet our guest. Send for Dahlena. She is to meet me at the entrance. Good work Rhyssara." She said softly. The poor girl was only ten and not yet prepared for a life as a courtesan. Instead Sorcha was using her better skills of spying on people and sneaking about to hear things she needed heard. It was her job to spy on the other women here. Sorcha came down the stairs having prepared for a costumer and not for someone she knew from the Rebel camp, she wore a long white gown that suggested innocence. The empire waist was encrusted with white diamonds and crystals. Her brown hair had been left in curlers all night so that it came down in an abundance of curls. Surely she looked every bit the maid she attempted to portray. Opening the door, she smiled, "Oh. Its you." Sorcha welcomed him in then. "Please come in. I see you took my advice, on the clothes." She put her arm through his without asking. Her charm once again coming out. "Not all the girls are ready but most should be around here soon." When the small girl from before showed up, Sorcha said, "An honorary member of the Rebels, this is Rhyssara.. Directing her conversation to Rhyssara, "Little imp, go and see if we have anything that our guest would like to drink." She said in an almost motherly way to the smaller girl. "Now Yeoun, was there something you needed to talk to me about or are you here on other business?" She diverted her eyes to the young woman coming into the room. Dahlena was pretty and a little bit older than Sorcha. She had experience and was good at putting on an act that suited whomever she was with. However Sorcha did wonder if she was quite right for him. No matter, at least he might still have a good time. | |

| "Oh. Its you."Well that didn't seem very enthused. Yeoun almost feigned disappointment, but the fact that she quickly took his arm to see him inside diverted his attention. Never had he been around a woman bold enough to link arms with him in such a way; he had to remind himself of just what kind of place this would be, having known about her profession previously. Only the most vague expression of bewilderment ever came to his eyes in that time. He let his arm curl into her own, walking alongside her as though they were a dating couple until they came to the room where she turned her attention to the little girl. Yeoun prompted Sorcha then, so that she could make the order, "Just bring me alcohol." Pulling his arm away, Yeoun turned himself so that he could look at Sorcha more directly. Her question brought only silence in response at first; quiet as always, was he. But after taking a breath and exhaling it slowly, it seemed he'd had enough time to consider how he wanted to spend his time here, "I'm not ready to discuss business. I need some time. Lord General Galedon left me with a lot to think about. I will call you when I have something to say." With that, Yeoun's eyes peered sidelong under his bangs, sharing a glance of only moderate interest in the girl, Dahlena, who had come for him. "I'll have my drink somewhere quiet. And another cup for the lady to share in a drink with me. It's no fun drinking alone." The young man of the Blood Moon squad turned to follow after where Dahlena would take them. | |

| Sorcha relayed his drink preference to Rhyssara before the young girl had darted off towards the kitchens. In the meantime, she listened for the meaning of Yeoun's words through his tone. He had thought he had come on business and now found he needed comfort. Both were things she was prepared to provide him with. Although she may not be the one providing his comfort directly, she was going to orchestrate things so he felt contented when he left later. She knew he was emotionally unprepared for what had transpired between himself and her father but it had been necessary. Sorcha was glad she had hardened herself against the cruelties of the world. "You are welcome to whatever you would like. Have Dahlena send for me if you have need of anything." She said indicating that the young woman was Dahlena. Sorcha turned slowly, and began to walk toward the kitchens. Well she hoped Dahlena would be interesting enough for huim but she rather doubted it. She just happened to be ready and unoccupied when he had arrived. She certainly wouldn't have been Sorcha's first choice. Having entered the kitchen, which Sorcha did very rarely she spoke, "Rhyssara, send one of the other young ladies to Yeoun with the drinks." She was thinking he might benefit from having options. Unlike most the others, Sorcha did have an appointment later which she needed to prepare for. "I'll be in my room, preparing." she said, though Sorcha never liked to dwell on what she prepared for. Her soul had been killed by men and their needs, now she had to continue her life as it had been even as she loathed it. The only joy it brought her was the payment of information, marks and on occasion death. | |

| Walking with Dahlena, Yeoun was quiet on the way to the priavte quarters they would share. Even as they went in, sitting on the chaise lounge in the small conversational area around a coffee table for refreshments, he spoke nothing. With an expression that seemed devoted to thought, Yeoun set his weapon next to him and then leaned forward onto his elbows where they rested on his knees, interlocking his fingers as hands clasped together. "Close the door and shade the window." Yeoun bade Dahlena, then motioned her to be seated with him. The drinks had not arrived yet, so once she'd come to sit beside him with nothing yet to serve, he glanced her way. For whatever reason, though in truth he was not, it seemed he must have become impatient. His words seemed to be spoken more to put the girl on edge; perhaps he was interested in her reaction. "Do you not know how to speak? Are you not well-trained? Entertain me." Sitting to lean his back against the backrest of the chaise lounge then, he relaxed one arm over the back of it as well, eyes attentive of the girl only out of his periphery. Yeoun wasn't necessarily trying to be rude, but he wanted to be distracted, and was too absorbed in his own confusion and hurt at the moment to care if the girl was intimidated or put off by the bruskness of his words. Either way, he was a customer. She would have to try to please him. He was also Chorong's Heir. She would have to get used to it. | |
