Even when I'm losing I'm winning (Mature)

Periodcally, at unsuspecting moments, S'jiro took a stab at a vegetable from her plate, trying to tease her, but her attention seemed only to be on eating. Well... that was no fun; but then again, he had no idea that she hadn't eaten all day.

Eventually, he too, slowed in his eating to drink from his glass. The cool water was perfectly delicious with the meal.. but it looked like there had also been sent up some wine in a medium sized carafe. It was enough for a couple of glasses each, but not an entire wineskin's worth. So, pouring htem both a glass, he thought that that might be something pleasant and perhaps just sweet enough to top off the palate at the end of a meal of roast wherry. Then, once their food had gone down a little, they could enjoy a prolonged dessert.

While sipping on his wineglass, S'jiro thought to mention, "Well, I suppose there was no need to skip right to dessert anyway." He himself would not have been quite ready for that yet. "Have to re-load, you know."

The Bronzerider's eyes shot a sly sideglance at Veyani, to see if his words made her blush at all, before looking back down to the table where dessert was laid out. Cream and berries as had apparently been requested.

Because he poured her some, she sipped at some wine. She was growing a bit more tired after eating than she thought she would be, Avoiding a yawn, barely, she went to finishing off the wine he provided her. She let go of her glass, no longer truly thirsty or hungry.

Pushing her chair back from the table, she flushed slightly when S'jiro mentioned reloading but did her best to recover her bravado, "How do you intend to go about this...reloading?" Veyani stood up and walked behind where he was still seated. She bent over and circled her arms around his neck, kissing his neck where it met his shoulder.

S'jiro was grinning a little sheepishly perhaps, at that. One hand still in possession of his wineglass set on the table, the other came to rest on her arm where hers encircled him.

The Bronzerider assumed she wouldn't know about things like 'reloading' since he was the first man she'd ever been with. Depending, it did take a little time for him to refill... if she wanted to lay with him again. The fact that she was still a little naive when it came to those things made him want her even more. It only contributed to her cuteness, and his jealousy over her, and his wanting to hold her near and protect her.

Without saying anything, S'jiro took another drink from his glass, finishing his own, before he reached out to draw the small tray of cream and dessert cake and berries  toward him. Dipping a finger into the whipped cream, the Bronzerider tested its sweetness from the tip of his finger.

Removing her arms from around him then, he stood briskly, topping the cream with berries before scooping the little dish up and whirling around to face Veyani. Again, that devilish smile appeared. "I think there may have been enough time already for reloading. Lucky for you." Because then, S'jiro plucked a berry with cream coating, setting it to her lips so that she could taste test for herself.

"You did mention that you'd left room for dessert, didn't you?"  Hopeful, though he could take his time with foreplay now that the flight was over, the Bronzerider watched her, figuring she wouldn't realy have much of a chance to reply with her mouth preoccupied. And that was okay by him; not because her words were any more or less obnoxious than usual (as he always teased her about in the past), but because he was more interested in her participation in the taste test game.



Throughout the rest of the evening, S'jiro was pleased to have his way. The loving afterglow of a fantastic mating flight remained with them, spending the next couple of hours involved with their little game of foreplay that only led to another steamy copulation. Of course, after that, there was only the coziest slumber in eachother's arms.
