Inexpensive and simple in style but sturdy for active wear. Muted browns and natural colors are his usual preferrences. He doesn't like outlandish colors that stand out.

History:

Mikraen was born on a farming cothold in the Keroon territory to  Mairke and Rynja. He was the eighth-born child and the fourthborn son.

When he was eight turns old he was stuck in a far field when a storm blew in. A lightning bold slammed the ground near him and nearly killed him. He will likely not ever outgrow his fear of storms because of it.

He worked hard growing up and learned how to sweat and bleed for the land. Farming was not child's play. Blood, sweat and tears, that is what made a true man. And he did the best he could to carry his load.

He was a quiet, protective sort and cared for his closest siblings very much. It came about one day that Search riders came to their cothold and although favor was given to him and a couple of his sisters, their parents forbid it.

He and his two sisters, Jayna and Veyani, snuck off and met up with the searchriders later and were spirited off to the weyr. The weyr was a vast place with a whole new way of life. There were so many people too. It was so very easy to get lost. He has not impressed a dragon yet, but he's hoping at the next hatching that his dragon will be there.

• Protective - He is protective of those that need it. Especially his sisters.
  
• Reckless - Reckless when there is fun to be had.
  
• Thoughtful - He thinks of the welfare of others even if he doesn't know them. If he can help someone, you'll most likely see him help. He is very thoughtful.
  
• Impulsive - Impulsive even when thinking things over would have provided the better reaction. An example would be him punching out someone that had upset one of his sisters instead of talking calmly with them to find out what took place according to the other person.
  
• Courageous - Courageous when danger inspires needed actions, he will put himself in danger on behalf of others.
  
• Serious - He can be very serious and lead others well. But he would rather avoid the responsibility if he can, despite his natural talent for doing so.

Shortcomings:
He is impulsive and needs to slow up and think things through for better outcomes.
He is too reckless when there is fun to be had and will most likely be spending several trips to the infirmary for injuries of various sorts if the 'fun' gets too rough.
