Seradan Weyr

The 3rd Pass has begun! Like no Pass before it, Thread fell early, thick and heavy over the North, on holders, crafters, and riders alike, all of whom were already struggling to make it through a difficult turn. The first Fall was fought and won, but the second brought with it more damage than the riders and holders could afford. The Weyrs were brought together, led by Fort’s Weyrwoman and the old records that she had found buried in Fort’s archive.

The Weyrs united, riders were sent from all over. They were tasked with the duty of preparing the West, but also with protecting the North. It took two turns to complete the remaining work, but Seradan Weyrhold was born. Now, a turn later, they’ve created a union with wherhandlers and it’s finally begun opening its doors. The riders of the Weyrhold are attempting to slowly bring over people from the overpopulated Holds of the North; people who are willing to survive its wilds.

Things have been going smoothly, but rumors are being whispered in the dark corners of the Weyrhold. How long will the other Weyrs be content to keep Fort riders in leadership? With Weyrleaders, Wherleaders, and Lord and Lady Holders, who is really in charge behind the scenes, and how precarious is the balance? With so much going on, and even more to come, some believe that the rumours are just hearsay, others are waiting with bated breath, and those remaining are waiting for their perfect chance.
