Appearance:
Like all of her siblings, Seirsha was given large round blue/gray eyes. Her pale skin is also a gift from her parents but more so from her mother. Her face is oval shaped, growing much narrower near the chin and broader at her forehead. She often tells the tale that someone pinched her on her nose when she was a baby and that it stuck that way. Her nose really does have the look of being pinched.

Besides her lamentations over her nose, she complains very little about her appearance. Not much to complain about. She has long straight blonde hair. And darker eyebrows, long dark eyelashes and an innocent seeming face. (Mostly due to having such large round eyes) Seirsha's mouth has a downward turn to it naturally and her bottom lip is much puffier than her top lip. Naturally her lips are a dark pink which stand out against her pale skin.

Another notable attribute is her elf ears. Yea, elf ears, they are kind of thin at the top and look almost pointy except for the roundness known to ears. They also come out from her head more so at the top. She may complain about this feature at times as well though her mother insists on calling it cute...eww.

A tom boy by nature, Seirsha absolutely refuses to wear dresses. She prefers a loose blouse like top and dark leggings, with some boots. Her mother having so many people to take care of lets her young daughter wear what pleases her though she does make comments here and there that one day perhaps Seirsha will change her mind about pretty clothes.

History:
The Weyr is a place for all types of people. Seirsha's parents had dragonrider fathers but they both ended up in other places of the Weyr. Her father joined the Weyrgaurd when he was eighteen and her mother became a cook. While it is not the custom of the Weyr her parents became practically married. They were friends for a while before doing so. When her brother was born, it seemed they were more than happy to keep having children. Which then produced Seirsha, their first daughter.

While she had loving parents, both had to work to support the Weyr. So during the day, Seirsha spent a good amount of time in the Creche with all the other Weyr children. For a good while, Seirsha kept to herself and like most children she had a new best friend every day. As she grew older she began to get into tough spots. Often causing the Creche nannies some distress. Most kids threw tantrums to get attention but Seirsha would do anything to get the sharding old bags off of her back.

When she was six she came across three precocious youngsters who seemed to be up to something. Seirsha had seen them around but had never interacted with them fully. It was on this fateful day that she rescued them from utter failure. They were trying to sneak out of the Creche unseen to go explore a little. At six the world is your playground and being stuck in a big cavern with a bunch of babies really feels like captivity.

So Seirsha, being the bright little thing she is, distracted the Creche nannies by the door allowing the other three to escape. She insisted that her knee was scraped and she needed to go to the infirmary. Annoying the adults until they practically ignored her, she took the opportunity to get out herself. From then on, she had new friends. People who appreciated her..talent for trouble.

They began to meet more kids with the same sort of ambitions. Climbing trees, swimming, trying to leave the weyr unchaperoned. Every day was different. There were times that none of them felt like getting into mischief but those days were few and far between. Seirsha is even now getting herself into a very "sticky" mess. (And she is quite proud of it.)

Her parents might be sent to Igen Weyr to help get the WEyr started. While Seirsha is not afraid to leave, the thought of leaving is unpleasant to her. She would miss her friends. Change is never easy for anyone so she knew she would not like to leave everything to go somewhere new. However the move would be a grande adventure. New places to explore and trouble to get into. She could spread all kinds of rumors and scary stories around. The potential was there for it to be a good transition but Seirsha could always see the good side of any situation.

The most important thing to know about Seirsha is she is not the innocent girl she seems to be. She seems to crave adventures and doing things other people wouldn't dare to do. Never one to show fear, Seirsha got her nickname, glow because she has been the light for the others when times seemed the most dark. Whenever in the worst spot they could be in, Glow kept her cool and led the way out. She was never flustered or frustrated even as a little child. She has always been one to see the bright side of things. Although this can be a bit annoying at times.

Seirsha is a decisive person, she knows what she wants and will not hesitate to go after it. She often gets hunches or ideas that she feels the need to see through to the end. Sometimes she will share these with the others but often times she likes to do them with only one or two people. While she has a big group of friends Seirsha is often off on her own getting into trouble.

Oh yeah, lots of trouble. Ever try to steal bubblies from the kitchen? Or maybe take some toys from little ones in the Creche to use for a raid on a tree fort? OR even better trying to climb the face of the Weyr? She has. And she has gotten into trouble for it. To say Seirsha and the rest of the Brat Pack were the thorn in the Headwoman's side would not be an understatement.

A charismatic and outspoken child, Seisha is often the one others in the pack look up to when the three leaders are not around. Even some of them find her charisma most winning and can be easily sucked in to one of Seirsha's tall tales. "Ever hear about the time when the firelizards landed in the lake and it froze with them in it?" Oh boy does she have stories. A bit of the leap without looking sort, Seirsha will be the first to admit she loves the adrenaline of doing something dangerous.

Shortcomings:
Doesn't tend to think plans of action through, there are these things called consequences which she doesn't seem to consider.
Also is not very well book learned, she knows her ballads but don't ask her to write them out. not only is it boring but her writing skills are sub par. There are so many better things to fill ones head with.
Stubborn- to the point of not being swayed from something she has set her mind to do.
Arrogance- Sometimes hubris blinds her from the troubles of other people. She is a good person deep down but she can be a bit self centered.

✣[Writing]: Not only is her handwriting ghastly, but she often doesn't know the proper letters for words and flips things.
✣[Listening]: She doesn't listen well to other people. Its more like selective hears. She hears what she wants to hear.
