History:
Lady Sienne was practically raised in Keroon Hold, from a youthful age being groomed as a maid to the female children of the Lord Holder. Perhaps from age 12, she grew up in that life, well kept, and learning to serve the needs and wants of the women in the holder’s family. So, her sense of pride is in fulfilling that duty to her Lady Holder and her happiness hinges upon such accomplishment. She has ever sensed that the holder’s family thus, was like her own family, and that she would do anything to prove her loyalty and love for them. For, amoungst the Lady Holder’s family and other maids she did work closely with, she found great love and acceptance.
When the unexpected should happen, a fire breaking out in Keroon Hold, the task was given to her to escape with other hand maids with the lives of the Lord Holder’s twin boys. In that fire, the Lady holder and her cousin (another maid) were both killed, but they had accepted their fate in order to save the lives of the children. As it was expected that the fire had been set for a purpose, the culprits would likely search for remains to be sure that the Holder’s youngest sons were dead. So their mother stayed behind, giving her life to protect theirs.
Sienne escaped with the boys, splitting them up and leaving the territory with young Changhui to go and live with her family for a time. There, maintaining a number of contacts within Keroon, she managed to form the Dragon’s Venture with the help of her family in Igen. With her family’s experience in the Beastcraft trade, the Dragon’s Venture began breeding runners from out of Keroon and exporting them to other territories along Big Bay. The goods they trade for, are imported back to Keroon where they are sold/bartered away. Since the Dragon’s Venture now owns two trade vessels on which they transport their merchandise, be there any remaining space upon the ships, they often lease the space to other Traders or Craftsmen looking to have their goods taken by sea to any of the varying ports.
It was with the aid of those still vowing loyalty to the late Lord Holder of Keroon, Dragon’s Venture became a front organization to support and raise the boy she’d saved, under the promise that one day they would return to Keroon to live, and there, reclaim his rightful position as the next Lord Holder. Utilizing their broad network of connections -both business and private- and being owed any number of favours, they keep tabs on the goings ons in Keroon constantly. Overall, the Dragon’s Venture has the reputation of being a large and prosperous group, and being rather generous in charity when times call for it.
So it has been that Lady Sienne has grown to become a formidable figure amoungst the crafters and traders in any of those territories they do trade with. She stands at the head of the organization, though, as Changhui has grown older, he takes a much greater role within their ranks, even taking on some of her responsibilities at times. Like a headwoman of sorts, she has overseen his education and ensure that he will be prepared to take on the role of Lord Holder one day.
Personality:
*Seeming pleasant and beautiful to those who do not yet know her, she makes no friends outside of the Dragon’s Venture, and she is strictly business around their partners.
*She is firm in her decisions, being the first to draw a line in the sand and stand firmly behind it, ever ready to direct her subordinates to protect their interests.
*She has neglected herself in many aspects in order to build the Dragon’s Venture and take the Lord Holder Yangmun’s heir under her wing. If there was ever any regret regarding these things, she does not show it.
*She must be motherly in a sense, toward the young heir, Changhui, but again, rather stern toward him most of the time. She seems to keep a sharp watch on his goings and comings, like everything else going on in the Dragon’s Venture; and she is always ensuring that his focus is in the right place -on the prize of reclaiming his place as Lord Holder of Keroon. If he did not keep focus, then all of her efforts, all of the Dragon’s Venture’s efforts, would be for naught.
*Incredibly strong of will, she is adept at persuasion and manipulation in order to attain her goals. Her primary focus however, is always upon the Dragon’s Venture and Changhui.
*It is unusual that she ever finds herself in a situation where she does not have the upper hand in things, so it makes her uncomfortable to ever feel as though someone else has the one-up on her.
Shortcomings:
*Probably a little impatient at times or seeming overbearing, as though she is trying to keep Changhui on a short leash, this could be misunderstood as her just trying to be unnecessarily controlling, but in truth, it is that she deeply cares for him. She tries to guide and protect him and she understands more than anyone else just how hard a life he’s lived.
*Seems unforgiving toward others, but the one person she is hardest on -Changhui- is the one person she is most forgiving of, and loves the most.

That’s what the private guard of the Dragon’s Venture is for. She has little real experience handling any sort of weapon and would hate to have to get her hands dirty in such a manner.
