The Dragon's Venture Ship Crew
[Recruiting](1)Captain -First in command of the vessel
(1)The First Mate- Second in command, elected by the crew and is there to make sure the crews interests are being met by the Captain.
(1)Sailing Master- in charge of navigation and steering.
(1)Boatswain – Supervises the maintenance of the ship and supplies.
(1)Cargo Master -In charge of delivery of goods on and off of ship. Makes sure no one tampers with the merchandise.
(1)Carpenter/Surgeon –in charge of wooden repairs particularly to the hull of the ship. This person is also, coincidentally the ship surgeon.
(2)Riggers -have a very dangerous job of dealing with the rigging up in the air, they are responsible for the sails of the ship being furled and unfurled at the bidding of the Captain or the Sailing Master.
(30-40)Oarsmen -Like the sailors on other ships, these are the regular joes of the ship. They are sailors who do most of the actual work on the vessel. These
(1)Cabin Boy -He is the servant on the vessel to help the Captain with whatever he asks.
(2)Swabbies -The cleaners of the ship, looked down upon as the lowest of the people on a vessel.
